Each channel has its own row and each transmission appears as a bar, so busy periods are easy to spot. Clicking a bar plays the recording and shows its transcript.
Vessels broadcasting AIS appear on the map with their names and tracks. You can move back through the day to see arrivals and departures, and open the transmissions recorded at the time.

Choose receive-only or radio pass-through, with an enclosure suited to indoor, outdoor or shipboard installation.
Connect power, Ethernet and a marine VHF antenna. No on-site configuration is required. Recordings are stored locally if the network is interrupted.

VHF Shark is a recorder for marine VHF radio. One unit records every channel at the same time, transcribes each transmission, and puts the audio and the text in a web app you can search from anywhere.
Every marine VHF channel, all at once. Nothing is scanned, so a transmission on channel 68 is recorded even while channel 16 is busy.
Each transmission is transcribed as soon as it ends and appears in the app within seconds.
VSIT tokens pay for transcription, translation and summaries. One token covers one hour of transcribed speech. You buy tokens up front and they are drawn down as transmissions are transcribed. Tokens do not expire and can be used by any unit on the account.

Power, a network connection and a VHF antenna. Position can come from an optional GPS antenna or from an NMEA 0183 feed on your network over UDP or TCP, which is set up from the app. There is nothing else to configure on site.
Yes. The M100 units have a 25 W pass-through: your radio connects through VHF Shark and transmits normally while every channel is recorded.
Recordings and transcripts stay available for as long as the unit is on your account. Everything is stored in the cloud with automatic backup.
The unit keeps recording to local storage and uploads everything once the connection returns. No transmissions are lost during an outage.
Yes. You can invite other users to a unit. They can listen to, read and search its recordings without having access to your account.
Yes. There is no limit, and the app is designed for accounts with many units. A marina might run one or two, while harbors and fleets run considerably more. All units on an account share one search and one pool of VSIT tokens.
Traffic between the unit and the cloud is encrypted, and recordings are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. Only people you invite can see a unit's recordings.
